ERMS OF USE AND CHARTER

ARTICLE 1: DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE

The use of the service set up by STEINER and described in these general terms is completely free. However, the equipment (computer, telephone, software, telecommunications, etc.) enabling access to this service is the sole responsibility of the Internet user, as are the Internet connection charges.
The Internet user is personally responsible for acquiring the knowledge needed to use the Internet and access the site.

ARTICLE 3: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

STEINER shall not be held liable in the event that one or more users are unable to connect to the Internet site because of a technical fault or any problem related to the congestion of the network in particular.
The data transfer rates and response times of information circulating between the Internet and the site’s platform are not guaranteed by STEINER. Indeed, the connection speed is not part of the service provided by STEINER, but pertains to the inherent characteristics of online networks relating to the technical means for coping with traffic generated.
STEINER reminds users of the characteristics and the limits of the Internet and accepts no responsibility related to the consequences of the users’ connection to this network through the site.
In particular, STEINER shall not be held liable for any material or immaterial damage caused to the users, to their computer equipment, or the data which is stored on it, or for the consequences for their personal, professional or commercial activity.

STEINER accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracies or omissions relative to the information available on the site.

The present general terms of use are subject to French law and any claim relating to their application and/or their interpretation shall be submitted exclusively to French courts.
